Harry Potter reunion: How to watch Harry Potter 20th anniversary: Return to Hogwarts in the UK

It’s been 20 years since we were introduced to Harry Potter on the big screen.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, the first movie adaptation in the wizarding franchise, hit cinemas in November 2001.

Daniel Radcliffe is now famed for his role young wizard, who alongside Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, played by Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, were students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Two decades on and the actors are still very much known for their role in the eight films which made up the series based on the novels by J. K. Rowling.

And ten years after the last movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, was released, the trio are getting back together.

To celebrate Harry Potter’s 20th anniversary, Daniel, Emma, and Rupert have reunited at Warner Bros Studio Tour London for a TV special.

Also joining them are Tom Felton, Helena Bonham Carter, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch, and Evanna Lynch.

And fans will be wondering how they can watch it.

The reunion special will air on HBO Max on New Year’s Day, Saturday January 1 2022.

On the same day, Harry Potter: Return to Hogwarts will be available to watch on Sky Max and streaming service NOW.

There is also another special show already available, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses, which premiered on December 29.
