Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd has ditched the cobbles and headed off on what looks like an incredible UK getaway with his beautiful girlfriend. The actor, famed for playing David Platt in the ITV soap, has shared a few snaps and updates from his luxury trip.
It appears the soap star and his other half Hanni Treweek are living it up at hotel in a safari park in the Kent countryside. Earlier this week Jack shared a snap of himself looking out the window of his temporary lodgings, a wigwam boasting panoramic views of the rolling fields.
Following a night in the fancy accommodation, the 34-year-old shared a video to his Instagram Stories of him putting down the electric blinds to show plenty of greenery and blue skies while staying nice and cosy in bed.
The loved-up couple have also enjoyed a trip exploring Port Lympne Safari Park and Wild Animal Reserve where Jack showed himself watching the tigers roam before feeding giraffes and spying on the zebras.
Jack also filmed Hanni, who celebrated her 33rd birthday on Sunday (June 12), settling down under a blanket outside their towering wigwam as a fire roared in front of her. It is reported that the trip costs a whopping £1,200-a-night.
Jack and Hanni, who works behind-the-scenes on Corrie and regularly posts fashion shots on social media, have been dating for around four years. They gave their first-ever joint interview on Loose Women back in November 2020 where thy revealed how they met.
“We started talking at a mutual friend’s wedding,” Hanni explained. “We just kind of clicked and he made me laugh a lot that night, it didn’t really go anywhere from that but then we met each other in Sainsbury’s. I had no make-up on, I was bright red, I was sweating, I was so embarrassed.”
They also revealed that they are keen to tie the knot – but it wasn’t on the cards in the imminent future at the time. We fell in love quite quickly, we clicked and were on the same page,” Hanni said on the ITV show. “I think we’d like to in the future,” she added when asked about the couple’s future plans.
Jack said: “I think it’s only sensible to have those sort of conversations with a partner or someone that you’re dating… after a few months or as soon as you know it’s serious.”
Back in January, Hanni paid a gushing tribute to her boyfriend on his birthday. Sharing a picture of Jack snoozing in bed alongside one of their chihuahua pups, Hanni wrote: “Happy Birthday to my best friend @jackpshepherd88.
“Thank you for your infectious laugh, for lighting up the room, your ability to see the positives in any situation, for your resilience, for bringing out the best in me & your endless support. I’m so grateful (and lucky) to have you in my life.” She also shared a candid snap of the pair laughing together as well as a quite from Leo Christopher which read: “I swear I couldn’t love you more than I do right now, yet I know I will tomorrow.
