She is the newest star to join the ranks of the Real Housewives of Cheshire – and Sheena Lynch was getting into the swing of glamorous event life alongside her co-stars in Manchester this week.
Sheena, wife of Boyzone star Shane Lynch, had the flashbulbs popping as she headed to support her co-star Hanna Kinsella at the launch of her new book – which has a rather attention-grabbing title.
For celebrity dentist and entrepreneur Hanna was celebrating the launch of her debut tome, which she has called Brains are the New Tits.
In it, Hanna aims to inspire women to “harness their female power” and look beyond the physical to achieve it.
Famous faces joined north west female CEOs and businesswomen for the book launch, held at Firefly on New Bailey in the city centre.
The star-studded event saw guests including Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter and Darby Ward alongside other cast members of the Real Housewives of Cheshire Rachel Lugo and Nicole Sealey.
Sheena was this week revealed to be the new housewife on series 14 of the hit docudrama, after moving to Cheshire last year with husband Shane and their two children to start a new life in the county with their own new business ventures.
The Wirral-based couple run the D13 Irish bar in Knutsford, as well as recently launching Assetti Performance, a supercar business in Ellesmere Port.
She said of joining the cast this week: “Since lockdown I promised myself I would try to do things that are unlike anything I have done before…and boy this is one hell of a ride!”
Sheena, wearing a glamorous peach coloured trouser and top co-ord joined guests at Hanna’s all-pink themed event on Thursday night at Firefly.
The party followed the theme of the event invites, which asked guests to smash a pink chocolate brain to retrieve their exclusive invitation, and included themed canapes and cocktails featuring Hanna’s face printed on.
ITVBe star Hanna wore a stunning pink gown to continue the theme, and was joined her husband Dr Martin Kinsella by her side as well as family and friends and a range of successful female entrepreneurs.
Women joined in force to support Hanna and two other guests in their motivational speech which seen Hanna touch on topics in the book, such as female empowerment and dealing with ‘Imposter Syndrome.
The star spoke out about her debut self-help book saying: “I had wanted to write a book for a while as I feel in a very good place having achieved a lot of what I dreamed about growing up, and I wanted to inspire others to visualise their future as well.
“I used the first lockdown to put pen to paper and plan something that had been in my head for a while.
“I really do believe in the power of the mind to visualise the things you want and then make them come true, and at this point in my life, I want to share tips with others and give them hope.”
Hanna’s book encourages readers to believe their dreams can come true and includes ten rules and many tips for following your dreams by using your brain including ‘be a daydream believer’ ‘smile through imposter syndrome’ and ‘harness your female power to lead the way’.
The self-help book also features interviews and advice from many successful women who share their journeys of how they followed their dreams.
Hanna recently became a mum for the first time to baby Maximus, who made his adorable debut in series 13 of the Real Housewives.
ITVBe has confirmed that the new series 14 will launch on the channel on Monday, October 11 at 10pm and will also be available on demand.
Hanna’s book, Brains Are The New Tits, is available to buy now on Amazon and is priced at £9.99.
