Gorka Marquez gave a clear message following talk that he and Strictly dance partner Katie McGlynn don’t get on.
The pro dancer clapped back on his Instagram as he reacted to the pair landing in the bottom two of the BBC dance contest.
Actress and comedian Nina Wadia became the first contestant to leave Strictly Come Dancing on Sunday night as she faced former Coronation Street star Katie in the dreaded dance off.
Nina and her dance partner Neil Jones performed their Tango to Would I Lie To You? by Eurythmics, then Hollyoaks actress Katie and her dance partner performed their jive to Good 4 U by Olivia Rodrigo again in a bid to impress the judges and remain in the competition.
Head judge Shirley Ballas made the final deciding vote over which couple would stay in the competition and chose to save Katie and Gorka.
Fans commented on social media about the pair after their jive on Saturday night with one saying: “Gorka looked really annoyed and Katie was barely clapping. I thought they seemed a bit off with each other last week but this week it was really obvious.”
And another commented: “Gorka and Katie DO NOT like each other.”
However, Gorka has hushed the rumours by saying: “To those who think that we aren’t getting on keep thinking it.”
And Katie, who plays Becky Quentin in Hollyoaks, thanked him for being the ‘best partner.’
“Well… that was intense,” said Gorka.
“Not the best feeling to be in the dance off but I couldn’t be prouder of you @katiexmcglynn and how you gave your everything on that floor.”
He added: “Sorry to see @mr_njonesofficial and @nina.wadia leave the had so much to give to the show…
“Thank you to everybody who voted and supported us it means the world we’ll keep working hard and giving our best.
“And to those who think that we aren’t getting on keep thinking it.”
He added crying laughing-face emojis and a thumbs-up.
