Samsung's new foldables have arrived after weeks of anticipation. Announced at Samsung's July Galaxy Unpacked event, the 2026 foldable phones include the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra — both of which Mashable's tech editor says have "a cool factor the iPhone can't match." With an official launch date of Aug. 7, they're now up for preorder.

Like the Fold 8, the Fold 8 Ultra comes with a free $350 gift card when you preorder at Amazon.
