It's official: Nvidia is buying Hugging Face for $13 billion
Nvidia is buying Hugging Face for $12.9 billion, the companies said on Thursday, confirming Business Insider's previous reporting.

Nvidia has confirmed that it's buying Hugging Face for almost $13 billion.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang wrote in a Thursday blog post that Nvidia had agreed to acquire Hugging Face for $12,930,300,000, confirming Business Insider's previous report that the two were in talks for a deal.
"Together, we will scale Hugging Face's platform, strengthen its infrastructure and expand access to AI for developers and institutions worldwide," Huang wrote.
