Larry Birkhead celebrates daughter Dannielynn's 20th birthday with rare photos
Larry Birkhead shared a rare Instagram video collage set to Lenny Kravitz for Dannielynn's 20th birthday, featuring childhood and recent photos.
Larry Birkhead is celebrating his daughter's 20th birthday with a rare collage of photos.
On Sept. 7, Birkhead uploaded a video collage with rare photos of Dannielynn to Instagram. "Happy 20th Birthday Dannielynn!❤️ Love, Dad ❤️," Larry captioned the post with "Happy Birthday" by Lenny Kravitz playing.
Included in the post were recent photos of Dannielynn and some from her childhood. The first picture showed her sitting on steps, dressed in a black outfit with black sunglasses.
The second photo showed Dannielynn smiling with short red hair. The video then flashed back to her childhood, with a young Dannielynn wearing a one-piece bathing suit and smiling.
The last photo showed Dannielynn in a pink tutu hugging Larry and smiling.
"How in the world is she 20 already we cant be getting old we are still young," one Instagram user commented.
Another added, "Happy 20th Birthday! I feel so old. lol."

Larry shares daughter Dannielynn with the late Anna Nicole Smith. The couple met at the Kentucky Derby in 2004 and welcomed their daughter in 2006. After Smith’s death in 2007, Birkhead became Dannielynn’s primary caregiver and has largely raised her away from the spotlight.
Larry and Dannielynn have upheld their Kentucky Derby tradition and attend yearly. The father and daughter have attended the Kentucky Derby every year since Dannielynn was three-years-old.

Though Birkhead prefers to raise Dannielynn out of the spotlight, he told Fox News Digital attending the historic annual event is a way to honor the past and continue creating new traditions with his little girl.

"It's kind of been a tradition that we would go every year," he said in May 2022. "That's where I met Anna Nicole Smith. And it's something that I've taken my daughter back every year since. She's old enough to kind of understand what it is."
He continued, "Since I did meet her mom there, it started off just kind of me taking her back and showing her around and kind of letting her know the stories that, you know, this is kind of where I met your mom and things.
"And then it came to kind of people look for my daughter there because I really don't let her do any public events. And so, in all honesty, the Kentucky Derby is kind of the growth chart for Dannielynn," Larry concluded.
