We're putting together a list of the recruiters essential across Big Tech; executive and board search; AI and technical talent; startup and scale-up recruiting; VC; and specialty industries.

Business Insider will put together this list based on the nominations we receive and additional reporting. We'll consider a number of factors, including:

• Their impact, including the firms they recruit for and the specific hires they've placed in 2026
