If you'd been eyeing up an Amazon Fire TV Stick for your streaming upgrade but the recent price hike put you off, the latest discount might just tempt you back.

As of Sept. 4, Amazon has dropped the price of the Fire Stick 4K Plus from the new high of $69.99 to $39.99. That's $10 below the old list price of $49.99. The Fire Stick 4K Plus is the new name for the original Fire Stick 4K. It has all the same features we knew and loved, but packaged under a new name.
