NFL reviewing incident after line judge Jeff Seeman appeared to hurl profanity at Cardinals' Trey McBride
Line judge Jeff Seeman was caught on camera appearing to direct profanity at Trey McBride during the Arizona Cardinals' game at the New York Giants.
The NFL is reviewing an incident in which an official appeared to hurl profanities at tight end Trey McBride during the Arizona Cardinals' game at the New York Giants on Sunday.
"We are looking into the matter," a league spokesman told OutKick.
Of course they are. It was on television and then NFL Players Association executive director JC Tretter posted about it on social media afterward.

Line judge Jeff Seeman, the son of former NFL supervisor of officials Jerry Seeman, was caught on camera saying something to McBride along the Cardinals sideline that looked to include an expletive.
Although the OutKick lipreading department does not work on Sundays, it seems clear Seeman said, "(Bleep) you."
With the bleep word rhyming with duck.
Or luck.
Or truck.
Seeman used the term twice consecutively.
NEW NFL FINE SCHEDULE IS GOING TO A POINT SYSTEM THAT COULD LEAD TO SUSPENSIONS BUT ALSO REFUNDS
"This kind of behavior from an official towards a player is unacceptable," Tretter posted. "Players are consistently held accountable when the roles are reversed. We expect the NFL to hold officials to the same standard."
Most game officials would not go off on an expletive-filled response unless there was a reason that set them off.

There are unconfirmed accounts McBride yelled at the officials when he disagreed with one of their calls, although it is unclear what exactly he said to them.
Whatever McBride may have said, the response from officiating is always to throw a penalty flag.
Not throwing around an epithet.
