Ninja is launching EverSear on Nov. 5, a hybrid ceramic and stainless steel cookware line that promises HexClad-level searing without the premium price tag.

TL;DR: Ninja’s new EverSear hybrid cookware officially launches Nov. 5, blending tri-ply stainless steel searing with nontoxic ceramic nonstick. It promises higher durability than HexClad at a friendlier price.

Hybrid pans are everywhere on food feeds for good reason: you get a hard sear on a steak without spending your night scrubbing the pan. But dropping hundreds on a HexClad set is a tough pill to swallow, which is why Ninja is launching its own budget-friendly rival.

Launching on Nov. 5, the brand’s new EverSear lineup takes direct aim at the luxury hybrid space. The goal here is simple: deliver the high-heat browning power of tri-ply stainless steel, along with the slide-around ease of nonstick, while keeping the price point far more accessible than HexClad's.

Instead of standard nonstick chemicals, Ninja’s DuraClad tech pairs tri-ply stainless steel with nontoxic ceramic. There's zero PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, or cadmium involved, so you can crank up the burner without stressing over harsh fumes. EverSear also claims a coating that’s 4x more durable, 6x more scratch-resistant, and 7x more scrub-resistant than HexClad.

Beyond high-heat searing, the design handles practical everyday cooking just as well. The pans move seamlessly from gas, electric, ceramic, or induction stovetops straight into an oven, handling heat up to 550°F on their own or 450°F with the glass lids on.

The interior is also rivet-free, leaving a smooth surface so scrambled eggs and thick sauces won't get trapped around the handle mounts. When you're done, the entire set is dishwasher-safe, and built-in nesting guides keep the pans and stackable glass lids from scratching each other inside crowded cabinets.

The 10-piece set lineup

For a complete overhaul, Ninja's 10-piece set features:

  • 8-inch fry pan with matching glass lid

  • 10.25-inch fry pan

  • 3-quart sauté pan with matching glass lid

  • 2.5-quart saucepan with matching glass lid

  • 6-quart stockpot with matching glass lid

  • Matching spatula

The Ninja EverSear collection officially goes on sale Nov. 5 across Ninja's online store and retailers like Amazon. If you've been waiting for a durable hybrid pan set that can sear like stainless steel without the luxury price tag, this might be the easiest kitchen upgrade of the season.
